Retrive eSIM and Top Ups

Here you can retrieve your QR code. You'll need your ICCID, which is your eSIM's identification number, OR your Amazon Order ID. Your ICCID can be found on the emails we sent you confirming your order, or if you've already loaded your eSIM in your phone's settings.

Top Ups: When your details are retrieved, you'll also notice the packages that you can top up with. Should you wish to top up, just hit the Top Up button.
